Thankfulness for 2015

2015 - What a year! What a journey I have been taken on!

Wayyyyyyyyyyy back in January 2015, I was not happy with my life. I didn't feel like 'Jemma'. I was just going through the motions of doing things. Roll on 12 months and to say this year has changed me is a complete understatement. I am so happy with life, beyond happy some may say. God has take the mess I was in and is moulding and shaping me into the person he wants me to be. You see, without going through all those feelings I was feeling in January, I don't think I would have ever realised my need to give all of my life over to God to take and shape and cut stuff out of, and now looking back I am sooooo thankful that I walked through those feelings.

Some of the memories and things I am thankful for this past year:

Girls' Rugby at school - found a sport I could play

Last ever KHS SU overnighter

Last ever YF weekend with my YF girlies

First Starbucks with my name spelt right

My big brother turned 21 and moved to San Fran for 6 months!

Easter Monday with the fam!

Day trips with this girl have been such a blast!

Looking back on this year, all I have to say is thank you! Thank you to all who have played a part in my 2015, I have so many fond memories to look back on! But above everyone else I want to say thank you to my Heavenly Father who has guided and led me throughout my journey this year, and brought me closer to him through it all!!

Who knows what 2016 will bring but one thing I know for sure is that God goes before me in all things and he has it all mapped out and has so much more in store than I could ever expect!
